Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items purchased exclusively from our website within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original condition, unopened and sealed, complete with original packaging and any associated accessories or promotional gifts.

Items purchased through third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange through our online process.

Conditions for Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the products are still in their original, unopened state, you can request a refund within 14 days from the order date. For products that have been opened but are confirmed to have manufacturing defects or were incorrectly shipped, we will also consider refunds or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or as a voucher/coupon code equivalent to the product's value, at the customer’s discretion. The refund process may take up to 14 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.

For orders that have already been dispatched, cancellation will occur only after confirmation from the shipping company.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning or exchanging items, unless the item has a confirmed quality issue or was incorrectly shipped, in which case we will bear the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products like oud and loose oils are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Documentation

Please keep your invoice handy, as it is required for any exchanges or refunds. Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice, and all items must be in their original condition, with outer packaging, brand tags, and accessories intact.

ABC Fragrances processes and delivers all orders within 3–7 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is complimentary for orders exceeding SAR 200. For orders under this amount, a nominal fee of SAR 20 is applied.

Delivery Locations

We exclusively deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International customers may place orders for delivery to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
